The Lab Alliance is a 501c6 membership organization, designed to power the economic acceleration of businesses and entrepreneurs via opportunity zone ecosystems, and to support the functions of The Lab Orlando and future Lab locations in Opportunity Zones throughout the United States.

The Lab Orlando is a hybrid economic accelerator designed to maximize access for community members, businesses, and and entrepreneurs to Opportunity Zone advantages, located at 1016 West Church Street Suite B in Orlando.
With 2700 sq ft., the location features over 20 full length windows facing Church Street, a state of the art media and podcast studio, and facilities for businesses, community events, masterclasses, technology, wellness, financial, and business training for community members, conventions, seminars, and performances.
In 2019, Julianna Ormond and RC Williams, entrepreneurial ecosystem builders and co-founders of LiAison Labs heard the call for a space where like-minded organizations and individuals could come together to connect, create, problem solve, and help the community as a whole, with their relationships and expertise.
This location became a reality in March 2020 when space at 1016 W. Church Street in Orlando, FL was secured and The Lab Orlando was born.
The office location with 2700 square feet is in the Parramore District, a qualified opportunity zone. Opportunity zones are economically undeserved communities where new investments, under certain conditions, may be eligible for preferential tax treatment. Additionally, entrepreneurs and businesses who are located in opportunity zones position themselves to potential access to investor and other resources.
As the Lab Alliance team prepared to ramp up operations, the Coronavirus pandemic took center stage. This event created a high level of uncertainty – and was 100% proof that we need each other and that the Lab Alliance is necessary now.
As we come out of this phase and into our new normal, we asked really tough questions:
How do we find balance as a community?
How do we find balance for our children?
How can we help with the intense economic and socio-economic challenges that are coming from this?
The Lab Alliance is the answer.Your participation in, and your commitment to, The Lab Alliance also has a profound and direct impact on businesses, professionals, public servants, and under-represented communities through our commitment to socioeconomic, technological, and wellness for residents, empowering them to control the destiny and success of their communities.
